Long day

Today was a long day. Olivia didn't want to sleep much. So she'd only sleep for 10 minutes or so at a time, and then she'd go for awhile and get cranky. I was finally able to get her to sleep for a few hours this evening. We went to Target this afternoon, and she liked that, and fell asleep on the way out but woke up when we got into the house. Tonight we went to a "shower" for my friend that is just moving into her first home with her husband (they're both military) and they have nothing. The Relief Society put it together, and she got a lot of stuff. Olivia did really well with all the noise, and even dozed with someone else holding her. I'd say she slept for at least 15 minutes, maybe more. She just barely got to bed for the night, and I"m hoping she sleeps for awhile. Last night she slept from about 9 pm - 5:30 or so am. I kept waking up and checking on her because she's never slept for such a length of time since she was a brand new newborn, even then it wasn't that long.
Claes, the cat, has been funny lately. When I've been laying Olivia on the floor to change her diaper, Claes will lay on her back nearby and look at me like she's trying to show she can be just as cute. Olivia loves to sit in her bouncer and watch the Baby Einstein DVDs, she'll usually watch at least 1 cycle, sometimes 2. For being 2 months old, that's quite an attention span. She's always been alert though. She's a cutie!!
